JMM had higher Power Punches, Jab connect ratio and overall punches landes

if your talking about the compbox its not entirely accurate. I watched the fight and most of Marquez punches were blocked.

 

He had more arsenal. Landed more clean punches, landed more punches, mixed up his attack, countering and attacking, hurt Pac on many occasions, and beat him in just about every category except the KD.

 

Using the chin or ribs to block punches doesn't count.:nono

 

well you just didnt notice the punches that hit JMM because his head wasnt moving..those punches are very much part of the score

 

Marquez also blocked a lot of Pac's punches, but the commentators would pop boners every time he threw anythingm even if it was blocked.

 

obviously - in the judges' eyes ,at least- landing them doesn't count either

I'd be more interested in the rd. by rd. stats which is how fights are scored. Don't really matter though, close fight, could have gone either way, how many times does it need to be said? lol. The KD was the difference in the end.
