no he wouldnt. hes not a big 135 fighter nevermind 140. guys like bradley and co would be too much at this stage

if i was his manager, it would be Hatton then retirement, unless he wants to try get a belt at 140. will be v hard though

    radab,

have i not told you before that jmm is ripe for the picking prior to the pbf fight.

    the signs are there.

he is sluggish, and drinks his stupid urine. he is 36 years and looked deceivingly good against casa because the latter was older than him.

but ranged against a much younger pbf, well we know what happened.

    120-107.

Losing to P4P #1 in what some call his best ever performance - not such a reason to retire.

its not just losing to pretty boy

he's slid noticeably since the second pacman fight

the floyd loss was jmm's first ever clear loss

i love the guy, i dont want to see him go on too long and risk getting stopped

If JMM beats Hatton convincingly, I don't see him retiring just yet. Same goes w/ Hatton. If he beats JMM badly, he won't be retiring any time soon either. Only my opinion though.

i wouldnt say he is finished. i would still favor him over anyone at light weight

I think he still has a lot left in the tank. He was just matched poorly against Floyd, he shouldn't have been asked to jump to that weight at a short period of time and be cheated of another 2 pounds. He should do well at 130-135, if he can still make the weight comfortably.

Dangerous???? Really????? You simly do not know your boxing.

Juan Diaz is never dangerous!!! When he fought another light-hitting fighter by the name of Malignaggi, I did not see any danger at all????? Of course, Juan Diaz' resume is way overrated. His only notable win was against a damaged goods Freitas and all of a sudden he is dangerous?

Marquez has been in decline for years, so, yeah, agreed. But he's still got some life left.

I disagree, cause if Pac loose to Cotto, then it would be a good fight to see Pac and JMM @ 135 or 140

When I've said before the fight that Floyd-JMM is a joke tuneup mismatch fight coz JMM is slower, older, smaller, shorter reach, weaker, lighter and lesser skilled than Floyd, I was ridiculed by Floydettes in this forum...

I had my last laugh on that joke tuneup mismatched fight anyway...:hi: :lol:
