If you watch Twitch, we will be going live in 2-3 weeks. Think of it as Pay Per Match, crowdfunded matches. We're doing a lot more than that but that's the gist of it.

An analogy is if we boxing fans want to see Floyd v GGG. We pool our money in in advance. If it reaches the threshold, and the fight agreed upon by players, the fight is streamed. If it does not meet threshold in say 30 days, everyone gets their money back. Fans control the matches not promoters.
