He looks really agile in his lateral movement and fluid in his combination punching on the heavy bag, and never misses a beat on the double-end bag, showing impressive accuracy and hand-speed as well!

This is just one video in a series of clips in which Juan Manuel Marquez talks about his personal training regimen, the rules of good technique, and tips in general on training and use of equipment. The rest can be found here, after clicking on the "Videos" tab: http://espndeportes.espn.go.com/tv/programas/golpe-a-golpe

*Let me know if any particular video catches your attention enough that you want a full & accurate translation. I'd be more than happy to oblige.

EDIT:I Found it!!!! Previous problems with the original site's links were messing things up before, but here is the youtube version of the clip, with the rest of them linked.

I'm pretty sure it couldn't hurt :nut

Pac is favored to win my friend, of course; but stranger things have happened in the sport than JMM making the stand of his life against a familiar rival.

 Don't worry bro, he's praising him. It reads like this:

"Wow, what good schooling Marquez carries with him, a delight to see him work on the double-end bag!"

Marquez is'nt even in boxing shape in that video.
The movements there for him are instinctive and just come natural.

Marquez does a hell of job btw in depicting how to throw the hook on the heavybag from the guard position.

.....you saw how the host got on the bag and threw a wide hook using just his arm and very little swivel movement from the hips.
....then Marquez showed it how it was done with your left hand still in the guard position and dipping down and swiveling the hip and following through down the middle of the bag and not wide around it.

Like how Marquez through each apparatus made it a point to constantly say to keep moving your waist and lateral around the bags as you conduct your execises.

Marquez constantly does that through his exercises and he puts it to full use in his actual real fights.

It reminded me of the recent videos "measuring manny" where the youtube host showed how Marquez constant lateral movement is what troubled Pacquiao so much.
Lateral movement that has been absent through each Pacquiao opponent since his Marquez fight.

^ yeah , I didnt mean hes not looking good. He looks good for his age , actually. And I think he has been in training. He's gonna look in slow motion against Pacquiao though. But he'll make it entertaining while it lasts.

You're underestimating what that lateral movement that Marquez does in that video does to an aggressive offensive fighter like Pacquiao.....

When the opponent is there in front of you, you can unleach combinations with speed, but when he's constantly lateraling away from you, your speed is lessened.

Win or lose for Pacquiao, you're going to have even *******s in this forum voicing that Pacquiao has lost speed overnight vs Marquez, but the fact is that its the lateral movement that does that to a fighter.

I heard it even in Pacquiao's victory over Mosley, "Pacquiao's speed was'nt up to his standard."
.....it was'nt that it was'nt up to his standard, it was that Mosley was'nt giving him a fixed target to which to unleach that speed.

When you watch both those Marquez-Pacquiao fights, it looks to the naked eye that their speed level is'nt that far apart.
......but if you would have taken both fighters and asked them to throw a multipunch combinations on the heavybag, Pacquiao would have come out looking much the faster.
Marquez' lateral movements brought Pacquiao's speed down to his level.

^ Your correct about lateral movement, but at this stage at Juan's age and fighting out of natural weight class, he won't be able to advantage of those spots like he did in the past ... and Pacquiao is a smarter fighter then he was a 3 years ago when they fought.
