Translation for the gloves section (upon request by Tar Baby) :

Announcer Dude: Now, Juan, explain to us a bit concerning the gloves. Right here we have your gloves. They're of a special weight, I imagine they are for training, since they're much too big to use in a fight.

JMM: Yes, yes. They're 16oz gloves; gloves exclusively for training. I use these in sparring, and logically, with one week left, we change to 14oz in order to use speed. Because the stage of using strength/power is over, we leave these and switch to 14oz gloves. And in finishing sparring, we use 8oz gloves. These gloves are for fighting, they're used in a fight. They're 8oz gloves, and they're the ones I use...after the stage of sparring with 14oz gloves, I switch to these to once again utilize speed.

Announcer Dude: But before putting on the loves, I imagine you warm up a bit, do some time of running; what do you do Juan?

JMM: Before I start boxing, I warm up hear around the ring, doing stretching exercises, warm-up exercises for the waist... because you don't want to start cold, you can get easily injured. What we do is warm-up for 12 minutes before starting a sparring session; with intensity, and you start to sweat, because you can feel the heat here, it's important.

Announcer Dude: So you start sparring right after warming up?

JMM: After warming up, I spar.

    Announcer Dude: And no equipment?

JMM: No, no, nothing. After warming up the 12 minutes, I spar directly afterwards.

Announcer Dude: So after the sparring...

JMM: After the sparring, then we go to the mitts, the heavy-bag, the double-end bag, etc.

Like Divac said, JMMs lateral movement and willingness to exchange with Pacman will give Pacman huge problems. I dont buy the Pacman better than 3 yrs ago mumbo jumbo I do admit hes more technical at times and not as reckless, but none of those fighters (margarito, cotto, clottey, etc) are of JMMs pedigree and outboxing JMM like Floyd did would be a huge surprise, but no way in hell is a ko happening. Big mistake for Pacman taking this fight the only way to beat JMM is to make him take the lead and beat him at his own game of countering . Pacman got lucky in the rematch.Jmm is too smart and tough to get kod.

first of all mosley was not using lateral movement he was just flat out running and trying to survive, which jmm will not do, he is to much warrior for that.his warrior style will be his undoing.dont get me wrong i love jmm but manny is to much for him at 144 now if the fight was at 135 maybe a different story.

Paulie Malignaggi runs. Camacho is a runner. Lou Bizzaro was a runner...Mosley was doing his best to turn Pacquiao over and over laterally. Know your fundamentals before talking ****. That is all.

There were many portions of the fight where Mosley lateraled, but unlike Marquez, could'nt pull the trigger.

Nazim Richardson's gameplan from the beggining was to have Mosley use the side to side movement and to set up Pacquiao for counters.
The problem is that Mosley was 40 years old and never been that type of fighter.

I voiced pre-fight that you could'nt teach an old dog like Mosley new tricks and then have him try to implement them against a fighter the caliber of Pacquiao.

Mosley's only chance to have beaten Pacquiao was to have attacked from the beggining and attempted to put Pacquiao where he does'nt like to be, on the defensive.

Marquez is a whole different animal. What needs to be done to beat Pacquiao, Marquez has done all his life, and twice saw it sucessfully through against Pacquiao himself.

Marquez does'nt have to learn any new tricks for his third fight with Pacquiao, he's just has to implement what he always has done.
