He looked good his last fight. I think its kind of a waste for him fighting Pac though because no matter how good he prepares, even if Pac takes him lightly, Pac will still win.

I would like to see him fully prepared against Khan or bradly, Actually I would have liked to seen him against Khan a year or two ago, everyone said he wouldnt win but I think he could have pulled it off. Hed atleast have more chance with them than Pac at this point.

I would have liked to see him go at the top dogs at 140, but I don't see why it's so set in stone that Pac will beat him even if he "takes him lightly." He's older, he's going up to a weight Pacquiao is stronger in, he's the underdog for sure; but Pacquiao is not as fast as he was, Pacquiao boxes more. which Nacho thinks may present more advantages for Marquez, and of all the opponents Pacquiao has faced within the last year and a half, this one will come in the best mental and physical shape with a wealth of technical knowledge and experience on top of that.

If all things work out well for JMM in training, there's no reason to not expect a good fight. Maybe if he loses to Manny with his dignity and physical well-being intact, he will fight a young gun at the top like Khan or Bradley at 140 and get that fourth title before riding off into the sunset. I would be more than happy to see that as a JMM fan.

I dont think another title even matters to Marquez.
He could have fought a gimme and taken a paper title against Erik Morales, but Marquez passed on it.....

Alot of people in this forum view this 3rd JMM-Pac fight as a forgone conclusion that Pacquiao will walk right through Marquez.
......the only problem facing Pacquiao is that Marquez has'nt been told he does'nt belong in the ring at Welter vs Pacquiao.
.....when the first few rounds roll right pass by, people are going to be shocked at the fight progressing right as the first two fights progressed.

Loses to Pacquiao with his dignity intact?:rofl:rofl:rofl

I've got news for you Tazo, the reason why people will be shocked as the rounds roll is exactly because this type of mindset about "losing with dignity" never enters Marquez' mindset.

The Marquez mindset is that he owns Manny Pacquiao, and this is the very mindset that a fighter needs vs Pacquiao and that can take Marquez over the top to victory.

    Dignity?:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl:nut

Of course he's not going to go into that fight thinking that, but if Marquez gives his all, he'll at least be satisfied with himself to the extent that he won't quit boxing and lose all hope. Same thing with Mayweather; he realized certain circumstances were out of his control, he gave all that he could for his people, and he came back to put together a string of good wins. He didn't fold because he lost. Of course losing is out of the question for him at this point individually, but if he can come out of a losing effort with high esteem from the boxing world from a good performance and understand where he is at, then Marquez the boxer doesn't have to disappear. He can still do wondrous things at more natural weights without losing his dignity because he lost an uphill battle.

Poor guy is going to get a beating!!! I really hope he finds some of that A-side meth Pac been using just to level the playing field!!!! He is going to overwhelmed by the juice power Pac has been on the last 3 years. He will notice the Head size difference during the promo tour if they have one.

You bring this **** up when its all said and done, because I'm certain Marquez aint buying none of it.

Only one thing matters and thats victory against Pacquiao.

The definition of dignity for a fighter for me is one that gives it 100% to reach victory.
Win, lose, draw, a fighters dignity is intact if he gives it his all in an effort to win.
.....whatever happens, I cant see Marquez giving up his dignity against Manny Pacquiao.
    .....aint going to ****ing happen!:nono:deal

Good luck to Pacquio and Marquez! I hope one dominates the other so their will be no excuses. If somebody losses by UD or SD only expect protest from the other party.
