    I imagine he would stay there if he beat Mayweather whatever the result of Hatton v Pacquiao.

    if PBF gets beaten, then all of a sudden, dela hoya, trinidad and mosley would be ranked higher than PBF in ATG rankings but i would put 85/15 odds if the 2007 version of PBF would show up. he maybe out of shape for 140 or 143

    No, it doesnt matter if Marquez beats Mayweather, unless Marquez beats Pacquiao (who still holds a win over Marquez) he should remain #2.

    What is JMM wins a razor thin split decision and say Manny beat Hatton in a 1st round KO.

    Now I have more chance of getting a triple blowjob from Scarlet Johanssen, Elle McPherson and Rhianna than that outcome occuring but hey...

    I would say yes... Seeing the odds that JMM would be facing if he beats Mayweather (even a rusty one at that) he should get the nod. I felt the last Pac fight could have been easier scored as a draw (after weighing both arguments) so that makes him at least equal to Pac in stature.
