Marquez: "Yes he beat bigger fellows but they are all past their prime while I beat younger and stronger boxers like Juan Diaz and Michael Katsidis,”

What if JMM fought Pac's opposition, will he be as dominant as how pac did? Or can he even win one of these matches?

    JMM vs Margarito
    JMM vs Clottey
    JMM vs Cotto

Hes a counter puncher, different styles meaning different fights.

I would like to see him fight Cotto at 142-144.

I wouldn't say Hatton and Clottey were past their prime. The others probably, though I think Cotto might come back with a vengeance.

marquez is getting 'green-eyed monster' syndrome..or whatever it's called.

it's a shame because people who watched him fight will talk about him in the highest possible regard. his only crijme was fighting in a weight class that doesn't attune itself well to PPV.

but look how much those 2 pac fights will be watched and talked about now. and rightly so.

...The man's pushing it at lightweight. He's just trying to get the most money before he retires and yes, he's close to retirement. ...Then again, maybe not. Maybe, fighter that he is, through and through, he convinced himself that Pacquiao would be the same challenge he was before, that he is just so many leagues above these other guys, that he could succeed where they've failed. If he's convinced himself of that, I feel sorry for him. If it's just to get that last big payday, who the **** can blame the guy? Not me. Also, he's not in any way in his prime. His prime is well over.

If Pacquiao is really confident he can beat or KO Marquez at 140-147, then he should fight him, if NOT... then that means he really HASNT IMPROVED like people say he has, and Mayweather will find more spots to expose Pacquiao.

They didn't have concrete used on them dumb****. JMM ruined Diaz first fight. Katsidis fought the best he possibly could.

Margo, Clottey, and Cotto all coming off recent losses or wins against nobodies before fighting Pacquiao.

JMM is also a clean fighter, or he would dominate these bigger men as well.

    :D

I believe he meant they were still the "same" after they got beat. Cotto, Margarito wasnt, just Bob Arums hype job.

IMO JMM is entitled to a third fight. I don't know why they don't do it. It would sell big and would add to Pac's resume. 140 lbs is the perfect weight for Pac, so I don't know what they're afraid of.

Marquez just wants to have a huge payday. He refused to fight khan knowing that he will not win and will jeopardize a 3rd fight with manny. Losing to khan is not worth it coz he'll get around $2-3 mil, while losing to pac will give him $6-8 mil. He fought tailor made oppositions just to get the attention of manny.

I will forgive your lack of response as you have precious few brain cells left. Wigger? Where do you get your ideas. I'm as white as white can be.
