Juan Manuel Marquez VS Diego Corrales at 130. WHO YOU GOT! WHAT A WAR THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN. I TAKE JMM BY VERY VERY CLOSE SPILT DECISION!

Corrales would be very hittable for Marquez, he loved opponents who come to him and don't exploit his poor footwork, but Chico could hurt him, badly.

The IQ wins, I think. In danger of getting dropped the whole time but I think he pulls it out anyway.

    JMM too precise, too skilled.

Corrales was a beast at 130lbs, HUGE, massive puncher, far faster hands than given credit for, decent jab, and a workhouse. JMM is the better boxer, better timing/footwork. JMM isnt going to do close to what mayweather did, hes far easier to hit, slower, less skilled and smaller. Corrales at his best edged a prime Casamayor, who is a similar level in terms of skill.

Now JMM and Casa are different but I think the fights would be close in similar ways with JMM similarly edging them

The problem would be that JMM would'nt get up 4 times like he did against Pac,he would get stopped badly,I think JMM was a lil better than Casamayor, but not as fast an slick, and Chico figured him out in the rematch,i also think JMM would had a ton of problems with Frietas, and Chico walked him down and made him do the 2000's version of "no mas" this is a bad match up for JMM,people should ignore the Mayweather version of Chorrales for a mutiple of reasons,a rematch would have had totally different outcome.
