JMM style is worng here. I think Judah gets all of his leverage with a curvy left cross though, and stops Marquez.
I think Judah would win it is proven now that marquez isnt as good taht high up...he even struggles at lightweight so am goin to say Judah would box his way to a UD prob around 116 -112
judah does fade yes, but looks who he fades against: cotto (physical stronger), mayweather (ALMOST his physical equal and light years smarter), clottey (absolutely enormous in comparison and unfazed by his punches). judah fades, for the most part, against fighters that are his physical superiors and/or eclipse him in ring iq combined with tremendous talents. marquez may be smarter but he is nowhere near judah in physical ability (attributes like speed and natural skills) judah is faster, stronger, better combination puncher, much, much superior defense...why would he possibly slow down in the later rounds?
Marquez is a great fighter, Judah is not. However, Judah was very good at 140 and and good enough at 147 to be the undisputed champion (albeit for a short time) he also gave PBF hell for 5 or 6 rounds. I think Judah's natural bigger, size, quickness, speed and combination punching (when he wants to) would be too much for Marquez. Marquez's best chance would be to go to the body, but he would eat a lot of leather and get cut up bad as well. People talk about Judah's chin (which is very soft I agree), that being said only 2 people have ever stopped him(Tszyu and Cotto), that tells me Judah can be hurt, but he is hard to put away.
as much as i love marquez as an aztec warrior i've got to say he's going to be too small for judah. hell, marquez is even a small lightweight! i don't think judah can ko marquez but i think judah's speed is going to give marquez problems.
I don't think JMM can fight effectively above 135. The only reason he can even fight effectively there is because of his RIDICULOUS skill level. He should be at 130.
