Exactly. I dont know why people think JMM wanted a quick KO. If anything Ramos was picked to get some rounds in without risking much. Basically a tune up to keep him sharp due to his inactivity.

If anything this was an epic fail for JMM. He should have gotten a good 5-8 rounds in.

 

Stupid fight in the first place. It wouldn't add anything to JMM at all. JMM vs Ramos. Legit fight but Pac vs Ramos?! Pac will be called Cherry picker of the Decade if he fights Ramos. Ramos vs Morales or Ramos vs Barrera?! Those mexican boxing legends will be crucified if they fought Ramos a few years ago. Stupid Marquez advisers is not doing him any good.

 

Ramos was fighting out of his weight division against a hard hitting top p4p fighter. It's hardly surprising he got stopped by one shot and doesn't call for a conspiracy
