Marqeuz would TKO him, at the end of the day Maidana is still pretty much a crude slugger.

marquez boxes him silly, i can see the marquez left hook followed by the uppercut now, damn maidana is lucky that marquez told him to leave the gym before he got a chance to finish his career in 1 sparring session.

Prime Marquez against Kats, Juan Diaz, and past prime Casa?:-:)-(

All I amj saying is that JMM is not what he is used to be. He makes fight that on paper is supposed to be a walk in the park epic in proportions.

It is the knocking out cold but how the whole fight played out.

If you can not see that, you must remove your Divac's blinders.

dude, jmm aint exactly in his prime neither, and he still has more balls than almost anyone in the sport....

beating young, good, and hungry guys is way better than beating an old, washed up great.....anyone with a brain will agree with me

and it aint like he's really struggeling with them, he's just choosing to go toe to toe with them, which somes with taking some shots....****, as a fan i sure as **** aint complaining....

i would love to see vids of all your fights, since you seem to think diaz, kats and casa should all be a walk in the park........****e ******* :-(

Not sure how much I like JMM's chances in this. He's more hittable then ever, and he's been dropped plenty. Maidana packs a punch!

He went 24 rounds with a drained Pac at 126/130 and spent a lot of time on his ass. Maidana at 140 hits harder than Pac at 130, and JMM has not looked good recently.

    Maidana is overrated!
As in the Morales fight, IMO it depends on what the opponents have left...

You seems not to get it.

It is the manner which he won those fights, not that he won it.

JMM has slipped big time already. If and when he faces Maidanas, he will be 38 or something.

No one is questioning JMM's capability except you sound like Divac who seems not to see the truth - JMM has slowed down and what is making him win fights is because he is an experienced fighter.

Katsidid, Juan Diaz, the past prime Casa (vs. Prime Casa) are not exactly class A fighters to begin with. JMM is supposed to be above the levels of these fighters yet the manner which he won it does not exactly say so. It should be in the mold of Gatti-Mayweather or Pac - Cotto. But obviously, age is catching up with JMM. Only you and Divac and the hell lot of others just don't see or refuse to see it.

To you, HE WON - PERIOD!!!!!

But then JMM has the habit of fighting below his level when faced with lesser challenge.

Very good point, but as great as JMM is, he is getting up there in yrs. It would be nice if JMM would retire on top, but JMM seems to handle aggressive fighters best.

Pac was not weight drained... JMM just fought well! Maidana might knock him down but JMM would school his ass! Maidana would get floored as well!
