That's what I meant. They are saving it for their summer show. It's going to be a rough year for Dana.

and btw, on topic, Dana...the HUGE boxing fan didn't know or pretended not to know who Marquez was in the buildup to the Mayweather fight which went up against a UFC PPV. He even put together a fake press conference with fake reporter questions to play down the boxing fight...you can't make this sh1t up :rofl

And then you have to contrast it to Bellator. I'm more interested in the upcoming Bellator card than any MMA card I can remember.

If UFC wants some huge PPVs, they need to kind of sacrifice some of their Fox cards. Apparently they are already doing bad numbers, with Werdum and Browne (a solid card) being the lowest ever.

UFC fighters get "thousands" for their purse during their "so-called" big fights while boxers get "MILLIONS"...

That pretty much shows the appeal of the UFC...

The "money" boxers make are from the fans who buy their PPV's and their matches, which in turn means that a LOT of people watch the sport of Boxing..

Now the "money" UFC fighters make are also from the fans of UFC..., Im sure you already know where Im going here...

    Thousands compared to MILLIONS...

Im an average Joe and making a thousand Dollars would blow my mind, but were talking about pro athletes here...

Im not dissing MMA, I respect every guy that steps inside of the ring or the octagon or whatever fighting sport coz they lay their lives on the line to make a living. Having said that though, its pretty sad to see that Main Event FIghters in the UFC have cauliflower ears for fighting their ass out however only make the same type of money as a boxer in an undercard of a BOxing PPV event:-(

    interesting to who? :patsch

they recycle the same pathetic fighters in pointless rematches over and over.
nothing interesting about a guy who runs a company which employees a small amount of fighters and makes fights between them. UFC is a company, boxing has fighters from all over the world that compete against each other, they arent owned by 1 man :-(

Vargas, who just won the LWW title from Allahkverdiev is a better option for Pac than Roidquez 5.

Pac can trim down to 140 without any issues and I don't think Vargas would be unhappy about such a payday even if he loses his title.:think

WHAT? What in god's name is this a reference to?

    1. Over 400 fighters currently on the UFC roster, millions more people in the world want to be part of it.

    2. Rematches? Give me some examples. This year alone there has only been one main event rematch in the UFC.
