i highly doubt JMM fights Canelo at 147.

No way GBP puts in their cashcow to get sacrificed for a 1 contract fighter in JMM.

but you can spin the excuses all you want, canelo was weight drained, too green et.

Exactly, but its no shock that the ******* does not get it.
I've always said that reading comprehension is not a strong point of theirs........

I keep explaining it to them, but they're still adamant that ultimately it would be JMM's choice to choose between Pacquiao and Canelo.

You're correct Bogart, as long as GBP can offer JMM the same amount and at the same weight vs one of their fighters, Marquez has no choice but to either accept GBP's offer or sit idle........by God your reading comprehension is exellent!:good

in all honestly, JMM...a Canelo fight with JMM would cement his legacy.

pretty balsy to take on a 20 year old when you'e in your late 30's.

Call a spade a spade *******......as long as there's been other money fights, Pacquiao has been avoiding Marquez.
Down to this last fight with Mosley, Pacquiao's own Pacland considered Mosley shot and a sham of a fight and voted by a landslide that they preffered Pacquiao face Marquez..........Pacquiao chose Mosley, knowing its the easier fight of the two.

If Pac should get by Mosley, aside from Mayweather, Pacquiao is out of opponents at 147 lbs and lower that would do over 1 million PPV's, thats why now Arum has offered Marquez 5 million when just a few months ago having the option to match Pacquiao up with Mosley, Arum voiced he thought he was being generous in offering Marquez 2 million.

    WTF???

You're talking like JMM should have a hard time choosing between Canelo and Pac. Like Canelo is in the same level of skill and PPV drawing power as Pac.

JMM will benefit more if he chooses Pac over Canelo. They have history. it definitely has guaranteed huge PPV numbers. JMM has no reason to choose Canelo unless of course he really wants nothing to do with Pac and all that talk that he wants Pac is just that: talk.

What stupid logic. You just sound like someone who desperately wants the Pac vs JMM fight to happen at 140 nevermind the fact that JMM was 145 on fight night in his last bout and Pac was 148.

:patschWow......is it low reading comrehension, or do these *******s even bother reading?:-(

How many times do I have to say that as long as GBP matches Arum's offer, Marquez does'nt have the option of choosing?

Do you even know what option means *******?:nut

Cañelo can't even make 150 how the **** can he fight at 147? Unless GBP will **** Marquez in the ass like what they did against Floyd and Cañelo could come in at 152 and just pay for the excess poundage. Besides, why would Arum force PAC to fight at 140 just so GBP can't counter his offer? Idiotic analysis.... Bottomline is, Pac's in the driver seat and he calls the shot Marquez or no...

so if arum give's jmm some percentage on PPV does it mean GBP had matched TR's offer? we all know that pac-jmm would make at least 700k PPV, how much will canelo-jmm make?

wow really golden boy is matching up jmm a lightweight against a jr middleweight #@ 147?

The only difference is the smaller guy is older and the younger guy is bigger. It would have been perfect had marquez been coming down to 147 and alvarez coming up to 147. We could see pac-delahoya 2:lol:

Yeah, it seems pretty clear that JMM has to accept Golden Boy's offer if they match Top Ranks or sit until that clause is up. I haven't read anything about matching the same weight but considering the offer is for Alvarez to move to 147, just like the Pac offer, then they probably do have to match weight as well.

I also want Pac-JMM3 at 140 as Pac will not get the credit he deserve even if he KOd JMM at 147. But if Team Pac had a plan of fighting Sergio at 154, it may not be healthy for Pac to go down to 140 before fighting Sergio.

Is the title not a factor? Against Pac at 147, JMM has a chance of getting his 4th title which will make his legacy better than any other Mexican fighter in history.
