JMM outclassed pacquiao. Thats the long and short of it

 

JMM said IF the hurts PAC he'd go for the KO. He never hurt PAC. And what JMM did was control distance. He kept the fight in a mode where he would lay traps and hope that PAC fell into them. And he did. You gotta give Juan props for fighting a very smart, tactical fight. Props to Nacho who laid out a great strategy and for Juan having the ability to implement. His whole team needs to be commended because I would have never thought he'd go from being a "Blown up Welter" to a "LEGIT" Welter in his 2nd attempt above 140.

Juan did lay back in the championship round but I did not blame him. No need to get caught by being OVERLY aggressive. PAC is always dangerous.

Punch stats mean ****, it was quite clear Marquez landed cleaner and MORE shots than Pac.

The only thing boxing stats are good for is punches thrown, not landed.

And even then, its not perfect.
