If he wants a 50-50 split the fight will never happen.

Pac will bring 85% of the audience.

That's the unfortunate truth right there. JMM fans may not like to admit it, but Pacquiao has gone levels beyond the Mexican.

jmm would not pull a floyd here. i agree but even at 140, pac would still not get credit since jmm have slowed-dow too much now and even at 140, he is not proven. the only thing that this fight sells is the nostalgia of two closely contested fights. i am pretty sure that we are looking at another pac-morales3 scenario here. what the heck, all pac possible opponents within his weight range, except floyd he is in a lose-lose situation now. go fight jmm at 140 or at least at catchweight 142/143.

Yes he will. Pac simply carries the weight better. That much is obvious. He retained his speed and power, when moving up. How about JMM weighing in at 144? No...he did not. The higher the weight...the lower JMM's chances. And this disadvantage is compounded by his age.

you stated jmm is giving too much weight. i specified the weight they would come to fight and you came back with pac has carried the weight much better. why not just say it directly that pac was better at any weight other than 135 and below and spare us some bs like pac is gonna outweigh jmm like floyd has outweighed him?

This fight is 5 years to late. JMM had the chance of a lifetime after the first fight for a rematch. His dumb ass camp refused caused of money. He went on to lose to Chris John for a 30k payday. Imagine what could have been had they taken the 500k or so for the rematch. Could have, would have, now it's to late. No one realy cares to see this at this date.

if this fight actually happens it is only ideal to have this at 140 lbs limit, no more no less...

What the hell are you talking about? This has nothing to do with what Floyd weighed, and everything to do with what weight JMM can perform best at.

He is giving up too much weight in the sense that he does not perform as well above a certain weight...and Pac does.

This is what I was saying someone need to tell him that he can come in at his optimal weight not at the limit.. not Like he did for mayweather at 144

I don't want the fight if he is gonna put on pounds.. I want him t show up at 140-142

Like he did the last fight and pac weighed 144

If he is gonna do something stupid like that I prefer for him to lose VIA going for his 4th title to a young lion and not giving PAC the advantage at 147.

Actually I re-read it and he said the Maximum is say 142.. so IT wouldn't be that bad since Marquez has been at 140-142 for a long while now at fight night...

I know he won't do it at 147.. like ***** roach wants it at.

    85% of the Audience LMAO

    Do you really believe that?

It would be a combination between the #1 recognized mexican Boxer currently active... and a #1 recognized fighter in the world currently active...

    85% is pushing it...

Still PAC should get the bigger cut yes...

They fought at 135 in the 2nd fight. At 140-147, it would be different. Pac has the edge for having fought at this weight already. Marquez sucks at above 135. He's not a welterweight, not even a junior welter. Maidana or Khan will whip his ass.

30% for Marquez will be fair. No 50 50.

Yeah around there anything below 30 would break the fight.

You can't go to low to break the fight and Marquez can't price himself to high to break the fight... Its gonna do great numbers so any cut around 30-40 is still a lot and its not insulting.
