JMM's "counter punching" style made him lose the fight, reasons why

    A counter puncher means he has to wait for the other guy to throw a punch,

    that means the guy throwing first has more chances of hitting the mark because he is punching first, and the counter puncher has to throw back right after, which means the % of hitting the other guy specially a fast guy goes back down

    this is the reason why pacquiao landed more shots, he was throwing more first, while marquez was waiting for pac to throw a punch, and marquez also missed some counter punches which is why he landed less

    this "counter punching" style is Marquez downfall thats why he never wins against pac

    Shows you really do know **** all about boxing... countering means anything but waiting for a start. Some more research for you, I will even point you in the right direction for this one. Look up Bruce Lee and interception...

    That's the funniest **** I've read today about this fight. Watch the fight back and count how many shots Manny landed that he 'threw first'. He was missing all night, and being countered masterfully. How many threads is this you've started now trying to convince people Pacquiao won? It ain't workin' kid.
