well, I used to believe in this critter known as the *******.

Like most, I would scoff at what I then regarded as the inane rantings of the charming but deluded *******-in-chief, PacDbest.

See some of his punditry in this thread:

    http://www.eastsideboxing.com/forum/showthread.php?t=80224&highlight=Hatton&page=3

I had been a casual Pac fan since Barrera (1) who thought he was good at 122 and 126, even 130.

i was a bit skeptical that he could take Diaz at 135.

But that was as far as he was going.

    Oscar ?

    Hatton ?

    Cotto ?

    Get outta here.

But it turned out that PAcDBest was proven right.

Now, I'm not so sure there is such a thing as a *******.

    Can he be over-rated ?

    Maybe, Maybe not.

All I know is that the little fell has proved me wrong in his last three outings.

And while Maywweather is by every measure, the better boxer, and while I can't really see how he'll deal with Floyd, I just know that he has three times now made my pick the wrong one.

Even after Oscar, I rationalized that Ricky, unbeaten at 140 and fresher than Oscar, and stronger than Pac, was going to stop the filipino late and brutally.

    But look what happened.

After that, i rationalized again. Cotto was a much better boxer than Ricky, and younger and stronger than Pac.

    I nervously picked Miguel.

    And he got dismantled.

Pac looked better in each bout.

So, while I believe that Floyd is the better boxer in all categories that can be directly measured, I am hesitant to pick against Pac a fourth time.

I think Floyd has some of the same misgivings, hence his reluctance to man up.

If they fight, I don't know who I'll pick at this point, but I know which one I'll be rooting for.
