As a Pac fan, this was tough to swallow. I had Pac winning on points but man, he didn't see that one coming. Congrats to all the JMM fans (and Mexican fans). Finally got the decisive revenge. It was a fun ride, Manny. Thanks for all the great fights. I want to see Manny and Juan get inducted into the HOF on the same day. This content is protected
Yeah the riducle that is happeneing is not because people hate Manny I like the dude its not his fault arum paid the judges and got his supestar titlle from faded guys like DLH, Mosely and Margo. The hate PAC is going to get, is to get back at the *******S scum not because people hate the fighter but to get even with these retarted scum of boxing fans that infest boxing forums.
So...does Rios now have a pretty decent chance to beat Manny? I know before this fight people were saying Rios would get his face disfigured by Pac. I still think Pac would be a favorite going in the fight but always thought Rios has a puncher's chance. Pac is old for his age due to the wars he's had. All it takes is one punch for a brawler to get KOed. Arum might make JMM-Rios, who knows. But Pac-Rios sounds really good right now.
I'm glad you feel the same way as I did. As happy as I am for Marquez (and believe me, I'm thrilled) my gut reaction to the knockout was simply...well, a few things combined. First, relief; "the danger is over" I told myself, after 6 nail-biting rounds in which Pac looked the more agile boxer and Juan the reckless slugger; then, shock-"Marquez just ****ing floored Pacquiao." But after that split second, I swear to God, I thought Manny Pacquiao might have died. My friends were cheering as the bar erupted, my jaw was dropped, but I couldn't bring myself to jump for joy until I saw Manny move a bit. Brutal KO, perfect ****ing punch, great ending to a great fight between great fighters, but man was it savage. Did anyone else feel the cameras showed the more tragic side to the finish as well? Jinkee was a damn mess...
Yea, I would have wanted to see Pac's corner reaction though. But damn, I was screaming out of my lungs. Perfect shot. Dinamita! One funny thing ive read so far is, Pacquiao slipped on Marquez's mouthpiece, and fell on hes head :rofl
Yes, pretty much the exact same here. I thought Pacquiao fought a clever fight early on, it was hard to watch from a JMM-fan perspective, 3rd and 4th rounds aside. To be honest I feared what was coming after the 5th. Wonder if you agree that JMM seemed to be throwing with much more bad intention than I've seen in previous fights? I mean, those counter overhand rights were vicious, really turned his whole body into them. I don't think I've ever seen him throw them with that kind of brutality before. I was worried for Pacquiao too. Seemed no one moved for an age when he hit the deck, almost as if no one in the place could believe what had happened, including JMM. It would have been an absolute shame had the win been marred by a serious injury, glad he's alright.
Pacquioa's right foot was accidentally tripped, and his momentum falling down a right straight without embracing himself for a punch combined with a little bit of luck.. Man he's out.. :-( That gave me goose bumps.. Like, "Oh ****, one of the greatest has been knocked out.." And he wasn't moving a bit for a couple of minutes.. Damn! A very sad moment.. :-( Well, Marquez deserves to be congratulated.. http://eastsideboxing.com/forum/showthread.php?t=447997 There's mine.. :smoke
What was that official thinking.... grab my hand... smell my hand it stinks so bad maybe will help you weak up faster?
