    JMM duked Guzman 2 times. Firts time was on 2007 al 130 and second time in 2010 t 135... For style matchup Guzman complicate to JMM, that is a very tough figth to call.

    he said he hurt his right hand in round 5 last night, not a significant injury. He's taking a week off and then back to training.
    Plan is to fight again on May 19. I doubt he'll be able to get a name opponent by then, but assuming he makes weight again and puts on another good performance, he should be back in the mix for bigger fights by the fall.

    Guzman is a badass when motivated, but damn its a pity he's robbing the fans of what could of been great fights! Ponte las pilas Joan ya no comas!

    May 19 Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood, FL is his next fight.

    Like i said, he won't get a big name this fight, but a guy like Josesito Lopez would be much better opposition.

    he looked old last friday. not as fast as the guzman who fought barrios. he'll have a hell of a time at ww. it's too late.

    He has skills and he is fluid but very light handed and in my opinion, he doesn't have the fire in his belly to go for it in a big fight and at the right moment.
