It's ridiculous. He's simply too small, and a prime Floyd would've beaten the Guzman of today at 130 handily. Guzman's peak was at 122.

When are we talking about them fighting exactly? Today or when they were both at 130/135?

130/135 flyd wins by TKO. because at that weight he threw much more punches and way way more dangerous then he is now

Guzman is a very good fighter, in fact I rate him top 10 p4p based on his abilities, but Floyd is the greatest of all time at 130 and a very, very accomplished fighter at 135, where Guzman is yet to prove anything.

    Floyd late TKO @ 130.
    Floyd UD @ 135.

Floyd has two top wins at 135, one of which was arguably a loss. I wouldn't call that "very, very accomplished".

I'd give Floyd a better chance at a stoppage above 130 to be honest, as Guzman has proven nothing above the weight, whereas Floyd has, as you said yourself.

Forgot he only had something like 5 fights at lightweight lol. :patsch

As you say though he's still accomplished a lot more than Guzman.

Boxrec doesn't measure ring weights though, there at the weight in, before the fighters have rehydrated themselves and had a feast that night.
