Floys id too defensive for Guzman. I think May chooses his punches alot more carefully than Guzman, ive seen Guzman getting clocked while trying to go inside.

Guzman losses to Mayweather @ 130 and 135. Mayweather was stronger puncher and faster fighter at that weight. Not to mention more offensive minded.

Has Guzman ever been hurt? Also Guzman is a huge Super Featherweight. I don't think Floyd even at the lower weights can knock him out.

Doesn't have to knock him out, I think he wins by accumalation stoppage at 130 and comfortable decision at 135.

Mayweather is arguably the best ever at 130lb's, he would beat the much smaller Guzman badly. Guzman is outclassed in every area: speed, power, defence, timing... as good as he is he would not stand a chance.

Size difference, handspeed and power all in Mayweather's advantage.
Floyd by tko by an accumulation of punches.

He was just messing around. He loves Guzman, but he knew this thread was a lost cause, so he gave him the charity vote. Huki is very good at analyzing fighters and styles matchups. This one is a no-brainer.

Huki is one of the best analysts here on ESB but he does take it a little too far with Guzman.

Check his h2h thread. He favors Floyd in a close UD but Guzman should win if he doesn't gas.

I'm well aware of Huki's analytical abilities. My post was not of a serious note, Guzman is overrated on this board.

i don't see how floyd stops guzman via accumulation either. guzman is just too slick a fighter. but maybe if floyd could cut the ring. he has the speed to catch up on guzman.
