I pick Guzman because of his speed, footwork and ring-generalship, defense, accuracy and general boxing skills, not to mention his chin, his courage and self-belief and the fact that he is...simply put...a winner! (And yes, I am a big JMM fan, but JMM would have to be a prime, peak, JMM to be considered the favourite here, I think)
Guzman has shown he hasn't been challenged enough by any of his opponents so far...they were all fairly easy fights for him, including the Barrios fight. The fight against JMM WOULD challenge him and bring out the best in him; so far, we haven't seen the best of Guzman, becaue there was no need for him to go close to those dark places and shine... The fight against JMM would we close, also because JMM's style would score well with the judges...but with sharp-eyed, good judges, I think Guzman would get the nod, yes...
I'm a fan of both, but a bigger fan of JMM. I think JMM wins this one. Speed alone is not enough to beat JMM, ask Pac :yep
