I just cant see Guzman beating Maidana especially a fight for 12 rounds. Maidana at this point has been with the top guys in the ring and Guzman keeps on fighting fighters that are perhaps not even C level fighters at this point in his career. I dont know if Guzman would sign a contract to fight Maidana.

WTF does this have to do with Guzman vs. Maidana? Nothing at all clown.

Guzman reportedly had trouble making 140, a wait he doesn't even belong at. Suggests he's not even training properly. And in case you didn't know (you DON'T). Guzman left his punch at 122 (yes, he fought there, I'm sure you had no idea).

Guzman's best bet would be to land combinations and get out of the way of return fire. Nothing Guzman has shown suggests he has the discipline to do that for 12 rounds.

Maidana wins an ugly fight clearly. Possibly even stops Guzman.

It depends on what Guzman wants to do. If he wants to just win, he can easily do so by just maintaining distance and boxing. But he likes to mix it up and his reflexes have slowed. I voted Maidiana KO but i think Guzman UD in a close one.

Maidana loses to anyone that has real boxing skill.
