    fact is pacquiao ducked guzman at 122 when he was his mando. then ducked him again when guzman was told beat soto and you get the pacman fight.

    no he never ducked soto, soto like guzman was told to win the fight and you get pac, guzman won and freddy kept pac away from him.

    if pac fights soto he wins, but they must have been scared of guzman to duck him twice.
