How on earth did you score the first Taylor-Hopkins fight for BHop? Which rounds did you give to BHop? BHop threw no punches in that fight.

:patsch, What a **** you are. Calzaghe landed more on Hopkins than anyone else. It was Hopkins who looked bad, compare how Hopkins looked in his fights before and after.
Best you dont try and talk about boxing anymore Robert

Hopkins clearly lost to Calzaghe. Accept it. If Hopkins thought he was winning, do you think he would have been trying to get points deducted off of Calzaghe? Hopkins known for his strong finishes was gassing.
Calzaghe outlanded Hopkins, landed the more scoring shots and manuvered Hopkins round the ring at well.

Clear easy win for Calzaghe, live with it and accept it

So at this point I ask you the question that no-one seems to be able to give me a straight answer to.

    When was Hopkins Prime?

I have not seen the Taylor or Pascal fights but Hopkins was not robbed against Calzaghe it was close but Calzaghe did enough to win against a Hopkins who did not come to fight !

Hopkins was jobbed against Taylor, Pascal was iffy, but Joe Calzaghe absolutely took Hopkins to school. Not close.

They don't teach manners in prison and the food is horrible. Maybe he's still pissed off about the food, I don't know how a mature guy can cry like that...

Its partly Bhosp own fault , hes been in a lot of close fights in recent(ish) times but he often isnt busy enough and uses a tonne of dirty / veteran ( delete as appropriate depending on wether you are a fan ) moves. Then complains when he doesnt get the shout.

If youre gonna fight a hopkins style you need to either knock the guy out or be more clearly busy.

I thought he beat Pascal up a bit , but none of his work is eye catching and after going down twice , he was always going to be up against it.

He Lost to Clazaghe , both guys are ****in horrlibe too watch , but he was just too quite

He lost both fights to Taylor too , he came on strong but he lost too much early , Hops seems to feel if he survives an early onslaught it doesnt count against him.

A great fighter and probably deserved to win that one , but the way he fights these days will continue to put him in the same position.

:huh You must have been putting that question to a bunch of complete mongtards then, because anyone with at least one fully functioning brain cell knows that Hopkins's prime was from 1995-2003, with his absolute peak period being 1997-2001. Hopkins of 93-94 was still pretty raw (see Jones & Mercado 1), Hopkins of 97-01 was exceptional (see G.Johnson, Echols II & Tito), and by the time of the Oscar fight in 2004, B-Hop had noticeably slowed.
