    Gerry Cooney was going to fight Bugner in a stay busy fight before he fought Holmes in 1982. For some reason it fell through. Bugner was a solid pro but at that juncture probably would have been stopped by Cooney. I think Shavers stepped in and stopped Bugner in the second.
