We've seen how Kova handled Slappy Joe's countryman and Slappy Joe 2.0 Nathan Cleverly.

That being said, I think Slappy Joe survives to the last round with the odd knockdown or two against him. He'll finish on his feet, but would look like a bloody, disfigured mess like Lacy did.
