roy failed to take out lesser fighters than joe. he wins a 9-3/10-2 UD, he doesn't stop calzaghe. current version gets sent to hospital. this is a horrible fight, what the **** has RJJ done in recent years that makes you think he still mixes with the best? he looks awful, accept facts, RJJ is done.
He hasnt done much i agree but JC looked like **** against Hopkins. Just like Tito couldnt hurt Jones, those slaps JC throws wont faze Jones either.
He didn't say anything about not going to England (or Wales even), he said he didn't want to fight him at that time. I'm sure the fight would have had to be in the US if he had have wanted it, RJJ has never fought outside his own country, of course.
just goes to show how one dimensional hatton is, he can't adjust his game when needed at the top level.
if the ref was that biased in Hattons favour we would have seen if Mayweather could have ajusted his game, but then boxing isnt fair so thats the way it is.
name me a fighter who looked good against the old man? not even RJJ did. mate, face up to it, i mean prime for prime RJJ is something else and a far better fighter than joe, but now he is a stationary target that spends too much time on the ropes and who fights for 30 seconds a round and he'll be facing one of the best movers in the higher weights who fights like a kid who's drunk too much cola for the full 36 minutes. this is going to be a sad, jeff lacy style beatdown on a once brilliant fighter.
uuh.... now your in bizzaro world if you think that. Lacy didnt have ONE win with the weight of Miranda... let alone Jermain Taylor, twice. Pavlik is PAST the hype.... and JC would get more credit for beating him then anyone else at the moment.
wow so now a prime Roy ducked Calzaghe ? atsch If Calzaghe really wanted to fight Roy he would have come to US and challenge him, insted he stayed all those years fighting in the UK and NOW he comes to US to fight a shot Roy.:rofl:rofl:rofl
