Joe calzaghe: Andre ward called my out because he needs the publicity

  1. Exactly HEAD'. I tend to brush off these minions' fanciful comments for the insignificant inconveniences they are. Team Elite have bigger fish to fry. Who can forget our recent event at Wembley Stadium!? :happy:happy:deal:****off

correct, if ward tires in his hometown against a plodder like carl froch, then calzaghe would have ward feigning low blows for a breather by the 9th round in cardiff :deal

tbf, Joe had great fitness but even he was gasping for air when he was 37ish against a grandad, so its clear the lungs were starting to go at that point years ago. Daft to think he can reproduce his best fitness today after a period of retirement and drug abuse. I can see why overzealous fans think he can do it because they/we love him so much but you have to go with reality, not hero worship.

At 40 with the subsequent loss of fitness, he cant outgass a young fit man, especially one who is a better boxer.

Its incredible that the latest team elite corporation seminar attracted 80,000 fans at wembley stadium GJE. Professor I C Chins speech was an absolute credit to team elite and the punch resistance laboratories in lichtenstein :happy:happy:happy:happy:happy:happy:happy:happy

exactly, ward gassed fighting a plodder outside jokeland, just imagine wards fatigue if he fought in cardiff against the greatest super middleweight of all time. ward would get bent over and butt****ed worse than hopkins :deal

Nobody with stamina issues can have an inside game like Ward. Do you you know how draining it is? These clowns , especially oli , probably never spared a day in their life.

Watch the Green fight. Thats not a man with stamina issues. He was tired after Froch because he had to defeat him with one hand. His stamina issue is made up by dumb ****s.

as opposed to the stamina issues of a 40something man, which are scientific fact.

How can one so easily confuse science fact with fiction based on one performance?

Cus you kow he's a respected poster who knows his ****, but has basically been saying what us "Joe Cal fanboys" have been saying all along, Joes resume is anything but ****ing weak, bailey may post long drawn out essays, but that's only because nobody gives Joes resume the respect it deserves, Joe has more quality wins than Kessler, B-Hop etc.

Glen Johnson? Just lost to Sheika before Joe beat the **** out of him way back in the day. so why does he count as a great win on sombody elses resume, while Sheika gets no respect for Joe?

    Just one example

Ward would not know what to do against Calzaghe. Calzaghe would be able to get to the punch first and unless he tried to do a Hopkins where his whole game plan was on countering he would get tagged way to much to win a decision. If Ward did try do a Hopkins he still would get tagged to much as Ward isn't nearly as good as not getting hit as B-Hops.

Unless there is a fight at the end of the talk, I`m not interested.

And you need to talk about Andre Ward because you could only dream your career could have headed the way his is doing now, and when it's all said and done, he'll be remembered as a greater fighter than you.

To tell you the truth I think Calzaghe is happy knowing what he has done. He could have beaten the all time record of wins without a defeat by taking 2 easy fights but he didn't mind not having it.
