I applaud this post Scar. "The man with a head the same size as a rodent's testicle" was begging for that with his "it was 18lbs not 20lbs" dog****. The guy's a joke.
Anyone who heaps praise on Calzaghe for this win simply can't be a boxing fan, imo. I can't believe I'm seeing threads and posts from Calzaghe fans gloating about it - unbelievable.
Pac shouldn't be p4p 1 he has been ko'd and his 2 losses to jmm, yes he did lose those fights. Jmm or calzaghe have better shouts then him :yep
This is what I've been saying about the vast majority of his fans from day one. The threads and the dire lack of knowledge on display prove it.
Can anybody beat Joe C? No, the answer is clearly no. Over a decade as the champ, no unexpected nobodies knocking him ****ing lifeless either.
Take it easy brutha. Most people think Pac is #1 p4p. Even if you disagree with PACFAN, at least he always backs up his points, that's why he has 4.000+ more posts than you have here. Just state your arguments, and you shall be heard.
Calzaghe is a great fighter, and the people that claim this fight was the fight that showed them that are the worst fans of all, truly stupid human beings. It was clear Calzaghe was an awesome fighter after the Kessler fight, and he dealt with Jones tonight like any A class fighter would against any B level fighter, very convincingly. The fight showed us that Calzaghe has an amazing work rate and awkward style, it also showed that he is very open defensively (which we already knew), and that he lacked the power to stop Jones. Which most people with a brain knew before the fight, as Calzaghe hasn't hurt a fighter in years. The fight went pretty much as expected, with Calzaghe continuously pounding on Roy's high guard whilst he laid on the ropes throughout the fight, and Jones landing the very rare but harder shots. Jones inability to stop or shutout C level fighters in his last 3 fights should have been a strong indicator of how he would do against an A level fighter, as Calzaghe wouldn't have lost a round to those guys, and i said that before this fight.
