You must be from the UK? Everyone over there believes that, just like they did Mayweather would get KTFO'd by Hatton, and Tyson would be crushed by Bruno. The smart fighters stay in the UK, and fight US club fighters and make millions, while running their mouths about how they could whip anyone in the world. :yep :hey

Jones Junior would have beaten him pretty clean I think.

Also, there are loads of guys who have moved through 160 to 175 before the 168 division exsisted.

We must assume Joe would beat them by default, as they were obviously too scared to create the SMW division

They knew that they would be compared with Joe Calzaghe one day

Jones beats him. Toney could test him seriosuly, would be a good match, but with toney his performance depends on how many lbs he had to shed...

joe beats every one of the great British super middles, Benn, Collins, Eubank, Watson...

I think its a testament to Joe that he has been fighting in the toughest division out there, and has still retained his 0

LOL, TFFP states that one of the first responses is worthless, and that he wants good argument, but every time someone brings up Jones he makes sure to steer clear of that post.

    Jones by comfortable UD.

    James Toney
    Roy Jones
    Nigel Benn
    Gerald Mclellan
    Bernard Hopkins
    Mike Nunn
    Julian Jackson
    Mike Mcallum
Id even give Montell Griffen a good shot at his best.

Calzahge hasnt beaten anyone as credible as those guys, even the overhyped Mikkel Kessler. HBO overhyped that fight because they had a small fortune invested in Joe.

Hes been carefully matched, and never really faced the better figthers when he had a chance. His career is basically over, and besides a 42 year old Hopkins, who is there? He missed the boat.

I have to say the early signs after watching one of my Joe Calzaghe DVD's are that RJJ would have an immense struggle on his hands

Infact, many in Newbridge feel he has nothing more than a punchers chance

What are your thoughts over the pond?
