No. Roy Jones beats him for sure, and about 10 others could maybe beat him....

Including, from the best to the worst chance against him....

    Toney - 50-50
    McClellan - 50-50
    BHop - 55-45 in Calzaghe's favour
    Nunn - 55 - 45 '' ''
    Benn - 60 - 40 '' ''

But I do agree that he probably beats everyone except Jones. Including Toney.

Good point, he could give Calzaghe hell. But I think he is too small tbh.

    :patsch :rofl :rofl :rofl

To think that there are actually people as un-educated as you posting here.

Collins had a chance, but Roy didnt?!!!

Steve Collins is a better fighter than Roy is he? You idiot.:rofl

Collins was garbage and cleared up when Benn and Eubanks were both past their best.

Roy Jones would easily beat Calzaghe any weight class from SMW up.

A prime McCallum and Eubank would be a 50-50.

That'd be a great fight. But McCallum beat Herol Graham and Eubank once commented that Graham & RJJ are two fights he wouldn't take as he only has a 50/50 chance of winning .Eubank Humility :nut

So I would place Eubank as the underdog V McCallum.

Depends. I don't see McCellan as a better boxer than Benn. If you have seen enough of Benn's career, you'll know that he was very busy with the jab while coming forward, thus boxing aggressively. Everything heavy that Benn threw came off the jab.

But Benn wasn't cute with his boxing, and thats why Calzaghe would probably beat him.

One thing which Calzaghe would find difficult with Benn, his ability to crouch low and spring forward with counters. He changed the height. McClellan was more rigid with less movement from the waist upwards.

Benn and Eubank are not in the same class as a prime Joe Calzaghe. Not a chance. They are very good fighters, just a notch below

They are not a notch below. Eubank nAnd Benn made boxing great in Britain in the early nineties a prime Eubank is different to the one who fought calzaghe.

It works the other way, a prime Joe Calzaghe is much better than the one that defeated Eubank. I could easily argue Joe was green, he had noway near the ring smarts he displays today

Eubank and Benn did great things for British boxing, but they do get more respect because they are English. They are not as good as Joe Calzaghe

Fair enough it is speculation. I mean how would Joe do against Micheal watson probably the most underated and talented one out of the bunch.

Watson was a class act in and out of the boxing ring. I always felt he was just short of Eubank/Benn's level. I fancy Joe by late stoppage, especially when his hands were good

To emphasize my point, I'd love to know what Benn/Eubank do better than a prime Calzaghe. Benn obviously has an edge in power, but that aside I'm struggling
