i can help you with that Braveheart this is from a nutrition magazine from Boxing News Mosley: I'm not realy a big eater. When i'm in training i eat alot of oatmeal and eggs in the morning for breakfast. Lunchtime i'd have a turkey sandwich and then in the evening either steak or chicken. I make sure i drink lots of water, because that helps me lose weight. I take ultimate Meal, a supplememt that contains vitamins and foods like spriulina and broccoli. Protein and vegetables Meat Beans Corn Bread Vegetables well done everything eat from the earth as much as possible - raw veg and fruit - stay away from processed food salad Earnie Shavers: Basically before a fight i would have salad and i might have a steak. But i wouldnt eat the steak i would chew it up and drink the juices. I would also have some baked potatoes. Dont eat junk food. Eat good solid food, nothing fried. It has to be baked or boiled , not junk food, and drink lots of fresh water. Earnie would also drink tea. Emmanuel Steward: again very long i will do key points Vitamin combinations - C and B12 Grapes - good, have high sugar levels pure water is underestimated breakfast - fruit or cereal if you want to lose weight eat before 6pm go for a walk after eating lots of chicken and fish, red meat 2 or 3 times a week dosent believe in Vegitarians - believes we should eat meat, fruit and veg steak and meat - better energy levels and strenght levels for you cook on the grill, bake or broil eat meat clean - i.e no flour or nothing stay away from - grease candy and potatoe chips, soda pops dont drink OJ if you have to make weight - too much suger after every training eat water melon - replenishes you dont starve yourself after training eat - grapes bannana or water melon instead of energy drinks
