Joe Calzaghe fan should feel Pathetic

    You guys are slapping each other on your ass because Joe beat a faded Roy Jones who was 3-3 going into this fight two in which he was knocked cold , against fighters he would have dominated 6 years ago .

    The Roy Jones that showed up last night could no-longer move out of the way of punches , could no-longer use his legs and was dead slow.

    To put it bluntly, Calzaghe did nothing but beat up some left overs.

    5 years Ago Calzaghe would not have traveled to the US to face a prime Jones.

    I can't believe anyone would celebrate this being a major victory for Joe when everyone on this board knew Roy was done, and some of you Joe fan now have the audacity to claim Joe would have beaten Roy in his prime:patsch

    kick rocks with that ****..

    you are pathetic for writing this thread you dick,we are all happy knowing that joe has beating every threat from mw to lhw and came out on top.lets face it there is no one good left for him to beat.

    Im a calzaghe fan, i dont feel pathetic, nor am i slapping anybody on their ass or calling it Joe's greatest win. Nor are many, infact apart from the usual suspects(you know who) most of his fans are either pleased by his own performance, or pissed at the level of showboating. Dont lump all calzaghe fans in the same boat. And there have been FAR more threads of this type,shitting on him and his achievements not just in this fight, but others since the fight finished. Far More.

    Calzaghe could KO Wlad or Vitali and some idiot here would come out with some loud-mouthed crap about Vitali being 'exposed' and Calzaghe won on 'slaps'. It's gotten so f&*king boring. He wins every fight. Every fight. Get over it.

    Very pathetic thread if you ask me. Im a calzaghe fan and the reason why im happy is because he beat two of your (US) legends in there own yard in the same year. Face it no one is better than calzaghe in the light heavyweight or middleweight division

    Calzaghe proved himself long before he fought Jones.

    20 plus 168 title defences, unified WBO, IBF, WBC, WBA titles, beatin to younger undefeated fighters to do so, moved up in weight, travelled to the US to beat reigning 175lb champ and Jones. And still remains 46-0.

    Hopkins and Jones were just icing on a very lovely cake.

    Calzaghe is an ATG.

    True that ,, but some of the bull **** Im reading is really bad ...

    Also keep in mind I defended Joe for not fighting Pavlic and that he arguably the best 168 in the last 20 years , but what I saw last night was pathetic. Roy should never put on another pair of gloves after last night. its pretty clear he's fight only for the money

    Jones was the man back then not Joe , even as faded as Jones is now he acknowledged that Joe is the man and offered to fight Joe in Wales..

    Ten year ago Joe would have never entertain the thought of fighting Roy in the US under any circumstances ..

    ok i see where your comeing from, so oscer would of mollywhoped floyd in his prime right. joe is old himself so u can say it would of been prime for prime. eiher way jones got murderdered
