I know. My post was pre-empting the typical response from the likes of those I mentioned.

The real question is, "Has Calzaghe surpassed Mayweather as the #1 Ducker in the sport?"

It's a possiblity that he has.

He says Pavlik has no right to call him out as all he's had is a couple of "decent" wins, yet Roy Jones last three wins are "great"? What a ****ing ****. The shite him and his knobhead old man come out with is staggering.

I think Calzaghe will watch Pavlik v Hopkins very closely and then make a decision on whether to take on Pavlik

Calzaghe will certainly roll over Jones, possibly stopping him but winning a wide UD anyways.

Can't see him stopping Jones cos Calzaghe doesn't punch to KO people anymore.....he trains to win on points these days cos he has no power, especially at 175lbs....I was very disappointed at his last showing to be honest

Exactly what I was thinking... If Pavlik wins & looks good, Joe WILL fight him. If he looks ****, then why bother.

You people fail to understand, Calzaghe is a true warrior at heart & 1 of the most exciting fighters around, enjoy for once in your lives instead of thinking negative.

Correction. WAS a true warrior. His last two fight choices point to this. He won't fight Pavlik. He is just hoping Bhop beats him so he can SAY he 'would have if he won'. A make good to his fans that were dissappointed.

Well, we agree on one thing. Calzaghe speaks ****. Don't trust ANYTHING he says.

Though I completely agree but he's just trying to promote his next fight. Many have done it, he's not doing anything strange here and this should be expected regarding his next fight.
