A bunch of scrubs at 140. Hatton gets ****ed up. Clinton Woods gets ****ed up. And Calzaghe slaps his way past a 43 year old man to a SD. I thought this was supposed to be the Renaissance of British boxing? Looks like your still in the dark ages.

    :!: God save the queen.

So British fighters should 'fight' wrestlers in fake fights and former opponents to gain your respect, is that what you're saying? :patsch

Our man? Um you dont see 20,000 Americans traveling 3,000 miles to see one man. Thats something you do when you have a novelty. American champions arent novelty.

 Mayweather had a more accomplished career at 25 then Calzaghe had at 35.

Being a poor loser doesn't reflect well on your manliness. A bit like a teenage girl complaining that anoither girl has run off with her boyfriend.

Maybe you should take a leaf out of the Hatton fans book, who were gracious in defeat and gave Floyd all the credit in the world even though they were 'dissing' him before the fight.

    BE A MAN MY SON!!!

yeah whatever dude , i guess there were no American fans there eh ?

Man I truly didnt expect this , I mean you have to listen to pish when US fighters win . Americans are boastful thats to be expected . But to see such bad losers is really surprising.

following your teams/sportsman around the country/world isn't strictly restricted to boxing. it's the same with football, rugby and cricket over here. then again being an insular, loud mouthed **** you wouldn't know anything about that. :good

Hatton fans gracious? :rofl :rofl Is that why they still blame Hatton getting his skull bashed on Cortez? "You see what had happened was mate, Cortez kept calling Hattons name everytime Floyd threw a punch, he was distractin him guvna, he was distractin him!"

Why should I lie and say Joe fought a good fight. Or that Joe dominated Hopkins or that Joe was masterful or any other such nonsense. We saw a guy 8 years younger out slap an older fighter. We didnt see a boxing exhibition, we saw a glimpse of what Joe would have been put through but 10 times worse had he fought in America instead of shittown Wales for 15 years.

By the by, Hopkins has never been popular in America. He was never Oscar, Tito, Roy or Wright. But damn that boy can throw a right at 43.

    Stop generalizing.

Or do you want the fans who complained about Hatton's loss to be considered an accurate representation of European posters?

This guy is a PBF fan looking for attention and doing anything he can to make sure no one thinks Calzaghe is as good as Mayweather. His whole agenda is based on keeping Mayweather's name on top. He doesn't represent American posters anymore than you represent your country as a whole.

Plus there aren't 20,000 American boxing "fans" with passports.
