world class is pretty good but not exceptional. atg, or near atg, are exceptional.

good luck to kidzaghe though hope it works out well, hope he has a more honest' cleaner career and lifestyle than his dad and can be nicer to the woman in his life and not a junkie like dad.

if he turns out to be good then he has a very good shot at emulating his dads level of success in winning a major world title before he turns 35. if you think about it nearly all champs in history have done better than this, so its statistically massively likely for kidzaghe to do it too and surpass his father, if hes world class. i hope he is.

If he manages to capture a major title (big "if" but its not that hard a target if hes good) then he can match joes number of major title defences by defending it once. and then surpass joe be defending it more than once.

Bottom line is Collins pulled out of a mandatory defense at 12 days notice because he didn't want to fight Calzaghe - for whatever reason that was - and pulling out of a madatory that close to the fight date is not a good look for a reigning champion.
