People seem to talk about Calzaghe training with resistance bands. It gets mentioned quite a lot in connection with him. Yet when I tried to look up his training routine on YouTube for how he used bands I couldn’t find any clips or the routine he used. Does anyone have any clips or evidence of what exactly Calzaghe’s resistance band routine was?
I have no idea myself, but if Joe was using them, they must of been useful. Might be what made him so fast. ⚡️⚡️⚡️
There was a man that posted here for a long time under the name of Scrap. He was a huge advocate of resistance bands in training; I believe that he has a YouTube channel under that name.
