Ward is professional enough to look past grudges, if there even was one.

 

Would a place like Nevada sanction this fight? Sure they sanctioned Holyfield-Botha but both guys were old and shot to ****. How would this decision/meeting take place:
"So yeah, we're allowing a 40 year old coke head fight the legitimate Super Middleweight Champion of the world and the number 2 fighter in world in Andre Ward. We came to this conclusion because we think despite whooping he placed on Chad Dawson, the number 1 Light Heavyweight in the world, and the fact that he dominated Mikkel Kessler(#1 SMW when they fought), Carl Froch(#2 SMW when they fought), (#4 or 5 SMW in the World when they fought) and made them look like scrubs. We think this old fat 40 year old is going to do something other than acquire brain damage. "
