Roy Jones Jr was shut out and humiliated by Calzaghe, while Eubank was only one point behind Thompsson on two of the scorecards when the gong rang. I don't find that comparable.

Drained fighters lack stamina, but Eubank showed no signs of that against Calzaghe.

Eubank was expected to beat Calzaghe just like Kessler was expected to win Super Six, so that's just one more similarity

 

It would "cement" that Calzaghe deserves more credit for the win over B-Hop IMO.

 

Anglo threads are always good reading material, and the occasional video of him pumping up his muscles (usually only when called out as a weakling), telling us all that he is atop natures food chain as the king of the jungle... I actually laugh out loud some of the time.
