Lets say the Calzaghe that beat Kessler against the Hagler that lost to Ray Leonard at super middle weight. Who would win?

Joe doesn't deserve to be mentioned in the same ****ing sentence as Marvin Hagler.

Joe wins by early KO. After all, Marvin could barely take Hearns feather fists...

You've gone and picked a faded Calzaghe vs a faded, inactive Hagler who had been banged up in his last two fights.

Prime vs prime..... Hagler wins a clear decision. I wouldn't rule out a stoppage, but Calzaghe could take a decent shot and was a big super middle..... whilst Marvellous was only an average sized middle.

Nobody beats Hagler at 160 H2H in a prime vs prime matchup. In fact there aren't many I'd pick to trouble him either.

Why did you say prime for prime then?

Anyway i think Calzaghe's size would be a big factor here. Hagler wasn't a huge middleweight and Calzaghe would definitely be a lot bigger on fight night.

    Calzaghe decision.

    Calzaghe comrotable points win

Calzaghe has welterweight speed and HAgler couldn't convincingly beat a welterweight for the life of him.

Absolute different classes of fighter, no need to ask this question.

I say Calzaghe in a classic fight with Joe winning a wide UD or late stoppage

Hagler, because he's black, fought in the 80's, had better conditioning and was more determined.
