Who wins? Would about these? -

    Joe Calzaghe Vs. Carl Froch
    Joe Calzaghe Vs. Lucian Bute
    Joe Calzaghe Vs. Glen Johnson
    Joe Calzaghe Vs. Andre Dirrell
    Joe Calzaghe Vs. Andre Ward
    Joe Calzaghe Vs. Arthur Abraham
    Joe Calzaghe Vs. Kelly Pavlik

Basiclly Calzaghe verses all the best of the current Super Middleweight Division.
Note: No Kessler since Calzaghe Vs. Kessler already happened. :thumbsup

Too early to tell. Need to see more from Ward IMO.

Finished body of work vs ongoing body of work doesn't work for me. Need to decide when all is said and done and the smoke clears.

Froch. Calzaghe might just outwork him.
Dirrell and Ward have not reached their primes.
    Pavlik would get UD´d.
    Abraham out worked.
Johnson might take it. 60/40 Calzaghe outworks him.

Calzaghe outworks/outsmarts/outfights/outslaps/outcheats/outbulls/outeverything everyone on that list.

Heck, I bet most of those guys can't even get past the Hopkins of today.

Calzaghe beats them all. Ward is not the finished article yet though. If he continues to improve as he is doing then he would have an alright chance.

I think Dirrell would have the best chance out of the names on that list. Calzaghe was a great fighter but didn't have the balls to prove it till it was too late. Shame this tournament didn't happen when he was still about.

As for Ward, I think he'll end up being a better fighter when everything is said and done and have a better career, but I doubt this version of Ward beats Calzaghe.

Pretty much agree with you across the board.

Froch and Johnson are close decision wins. They try to make an actual fight, but Slappy has none of that. Prime Johnson considered the winner by many fans.

    Abraham is a wide UD.

Pavlik (this hurts to say) doesn't land enough and loses a UD as Slappy runs and slaps all night.

I think both Ward and Dirrell have the physical tools to give Slappy problems, in a year or two I might pick them. For now, jury is still out.

Joe Calzaghe Vs. Carl Froch.. Calzaghe UD, he would read Froch's defense and land punches at will

Joe Calzaghe Vs. Lucian Bute... Calzaghe UD, Bute would probably have his moments, but in the end i see Calzaghe taking it on toughness and heart

Joe Calzaghe Vs. Glen Johnson, Calzaghe UD, too much speed and workrate for Johnson

Joe Calzaghe Vs. Andre Dirrell, Calzaghe UD. Could give Calzaghe some trouble, but in the end Calzaghe is smarter and more mature.

Joe Calzaghe Vs. Andre Ward, Calzaghe UD(close). Calzaghe's toughest challenge, but i see him winning on workrate.

Joe Calzaghe Vs. Arthur Abraham, Calzaghe UD, Calzaghe would make Abraham look silly and dominate him for 12 rounds.

Joe Calzaghe Vs. Kelly Pavlik, Calzaghe UD, I dont think Pavlik would have an answer for Calzaghe's speed..

Say what you want about Joe's disgraceful level of opponents, he is a head to head nightmare and he'd win the Super Six division. Ward is the only one I can say he wouldn't definitely beat but I'd still favour him.

If Slappy was around, I'd still bet he wouldn't win any of these fights.

    He wouldn't fight them.

He fought a better version of Kessler than Ward or Froch.

Calzaghe is to much for all those fighters too much ring smarts, fast hands, good chin. He be to much for them but i think he win most by UD.

Calzaghe decision. Bad style match-up for Ward.
