 Instead of rematching B-Hop in Wales, he wanted to go Dancing With The Stars and Doing Coke With Other Cokeheads.

    What a numb skull :patsch.
How did Calzaghe avoid Froch when Froch went silent after Calzaghe beat Lacy and said he needed a title first.
Remember Calzaghe could fight nobody (at the time) Froch or go up to LHW and fight Hopkins the champ in America for more money in a tougher fight. Who had Froch beaten then? Past prime Reid, Magee and the legendary Dobson, amazing .
Calzaghes legacy was already complete and beating Hopkins at a new weight in America, with 3 American judges, Cortez as ref, when Hopkins was champ, landing more on Hopkins than anyone ever and scoring the single highest scorecard againt Hopkins ever was icing on the cake :smoke.

****** who has no love for Calzaghe seemed to think Froch didnt fancy the job

Yeah there was a reason! The reason he "ducked" Froch was because no one knew who he was, it wouldn't have sold, wouldn't have made the money Calzaghe wanted and wouldn't have added one inch to his legacy!

You probably didn't even rate Froch back then and if he had have fought Froch you would have been saying he was "ducking" that overated at the time, hype job Dawson! Who incidently also still couldn't sell out his own living room!

Joe Calzaghe Vs. Carl Froch UD

Joe is too fast and counterpunches Froch but gets caught flush once or twice. stays up and goes the distance

Joe Calzaghe Vs. Lucian Bute UD

Closer than the Froch fight, Joe never fought too many southpaws of note so it would take some time to get used to but again Joe would out punch Bute

Joe Calzaghe Vs. Glen Johnson UD

Pretty Easy UD to be honest for joe

Joe Calzaghe Vs. Andre Dirrell TKO 10 / UD

Dirrell uses a lot of speed and movement to get out of trouble but whether he is able to handle someone elses speed is another question, if Dirrell is trapped he gets caught but would probably run and survive to a UD for joe

Joe Calzaghe Vs. Andre Ward UD

Frustrating fight, Ward throws fast hands but they have no power allowing joe to get in and push Ward back, Ward comes in with the headbutts but Calzaghe takes it to the scorecards and wins 116-112

Joe Calzaghe Vs. Arthur Abraham UD

Too easy to hit, Joe UD

Joe Calzaghe Vs. Kelly Pavlik TKO 10

Pavlik was cut bad against martinez, Joe finishes him on cuts

:deal Yep Calzagh and today's B-Hop would beat all SWM contenders right now. Ward is gonna improve though while the rest have peaked or might never be elite (dirrell).

The only thing Ward is going to do is Heabutt the **** out of everyone. How has he improved? He fought Kessler and won by throwing fast combos in the early round and stopped Kessler from establishing his jab by throwing headbutts!

Then the Green fight all he does is push him against the ropes and lean in, Green didnt even come to fight.

Then the Bika fight which was closer ( a hell of a lot closer ) than 120-108 like the judges had it and even then both of them were guilty of elbows and headbutts.

Finally Abraham who isnt a fast starter beat Ward to the punch and wins at least 3 rounds in that fight despite coming off 2 dominating losses to Dirrell and Froch and Manages to catch Ward in the last round but couldnt finish.

Froch has showed more Improvement than anyone and continues to do so. He showed Heart by getting up after Taylor dropped him, Chased down a very negative fighter in Dirrell, Went to war with kessler and lost a close one, Adapts his style and outboxes Abraham, Showed flaws in the johnson fight but outboxed him and from that fight I think he has the grit to beat Ward. I cant believe how many people are over rating him

Calzaghe was a ***** at the end of his career. With young undefeated hungry fighters like Pavlik, Froch and Dawson who were recognised champs Calzaghe chose to sniff coke and do some ***** dancing at that ***** show which other ***zaghis watched and recorded on there sky plus sets.

Hopkins called out Calzaghe for a rematch in Cardiff wales in front of 50 thousand Calzaghe fans, a few sheep shaggers and a couple of black people. But Calzaghe said he is considering it.

When Hopkins schooled Pavlik and Calzaghe got knocked the **** down by a shot RJJ who Calzaghe himself called shot a few years back, Calzaghe realised he is nearing an exposition and saved his face by running away from a toughening LHW/SMW divisions.

Hopkins on the other hand was persistent in calling out Calzaghe out of retirement, but when Calzaghe didnt want it Hopkins went and did what a real champion does and beat the Ring LHW champ twice and challenge top young hungry lion Chad Dawson.

Calzaghe later on comes and starts holding Froch's toilet roll making himself look like a ***** after talking so much **** about Froch for years, he now starts kissing up to the SMW champ whose willingness to fight anyone anytime, makes Calzaghe's excuses vs Glen Johnson, Sven Ottke, Hopkins, Prime RJJ, Dawson, Pavlik...... look even pussier.

Kelly Pavlik - Dominated by Hopkins, the beaten by a smaller southpaw in Sergio Martinez who was coming up from LMW.

Chad Dawson - Dominated by limited fighter in Pascal, Too afraid to trade with a Small LHW in Diaconou

Carl Froch - Lost to Kessler in a close fight, Had trouble with someone with handspeed in Dirrell

I fail to see how these three beat Calzaghe, so it was hardly ducking.

    as for the other three

Bernard Hopkins - was signed to fight joe then prices himself out

Roy Jones - Said joe wasnt a big name and was in a higher weight class

Sven Ottke - SVEN ****ING OTTKE!

Too early. I don't think Ward is in his prime yet and it's too early to tell. There's many styles and attributes we don't yet know how Ward handles. For instance, had he fought Dirrell we might know how well Ward handles superior handspeed. Give it a few more years and then maybe we'll have a clearer picture.

:patsch From Dubace who is still butt hurt that Calzaghe beat Hopkins .
Yeah Ward and Dirrell have really shown potential.
The form line favours Calzaghe. Still Dirrell who YOU dream would beat Calzaghe was beaten by Froch and the only big win Dirrell has is a DQ win when out cold against a former MW who cant compete with top SMWs :patsch.
Ward only has one good win over an unwell double vision suffering Kessler, but there you go.
Opinions are deluded when you are as brutally destroyed as Dubace was by Hopkins being beaten by Calzaghe
