Joe Calzaghe vs Charles Brewer

    Good fight, one of Calzaghe's more entertaining fights. As well as obviously outworking Brewer I felt Calzaghe used distance well. Often he would be in no mans land, too close to Brewer to effectively land shots and he would slide out of the way into a better angle and let some shots go or grab him. Not the best technical fight but it had its moments.

    as evident in this fight calzaghe could punch, he didn't always 'slap'

    I really think the reason for most of his hand problems was due to him throwing those slaps ..Had he thrown more punches like this I wonder if he would have had as many hand problems ..

    Yeah, that's it ESB you watch and you learn, and soon you will all appreciate Joe Calzaghe as one of the greatest fighters of modern times :yep
