I just watched Eubank Watson 1 again and i had Watson Winning, he pretty much dominated the second half of the fight. Even the commentators said Watson won. Here's the link to it. Ther's no way either won it by 6 rounds though.

You do realise that we're talking two fighters in two different leagues, right?

Lindell Holmes would have wiped the floor with Robin Reid. It's plain to see.

Hines I don't know of, but looking on boxrec it was very early on in his career after about 10 fights. Davison and Graham were BS stoppages as you know (Graham should've been DQ'd due to headbutt causing cut, Davison was unloading a harmless fluffy flurry against mostly glove/arms), Kalule fight was in Denmark and I haven't seen it but US commentators later in his career when he topped the bill ahead of McCrory and McClellan say he was given a 'very unfair hand abroad in Europe and Korea' and how he had to knock fighters out to get a draw etc.

Kalule gave Sugar Ray Leonard his trickest fight since Montreal and beat Kalambay. Calzaghe was no Leonard and no Kalambay, with due respect!

Calzaghe's win over Hopkins does it for him. That was a BIG win.

Well if Graham should have been dq'd for a headbutt then so should your beloved Eubank for headbutting Dan Sherry!

    R1 - Eubank
    R2 - Eubank
    R3 - Eubank
    R4 - Eubank
    R5 - Eubank
    R6 - Watson
    R7 - Eubank
    R8 - Watson
    R9 - Eubank
    R10 - Even
    R11 - Eubank
    R12 - Even

It was a poor, plodding performance from Michael that night, because Eubank was there for the taking due to his severe weight issues and complete loss of power in the second half of the fight. Very dissappointing from him (Watson). Eubank's subtle reflexes won him the fight - he didn't take a single jab of many thrown and slipped a lot of right hands in the 7th, didn't take a punch in the opening round, etc.

I'm no Eubank fan, and I agree he should've been DQ'd for that. It's a shame (in British sense) because one more flurry and he had Sherry.

You mean Graham headbutted Holmes on purpose?? I haven't seen the fight but i find that hard to believe Herol wasn't really known as a dirty fighter. So what if Hines was early in his career the fact is he lost. Who did Calz loose to? no one.

You only gave Watson 2 rounds in the fight???????????? No offence but it's a good thing your not a boxing judge.
Your no fan of Eubank? You could have fooled me lol.

Darrin Van Horn stopped him on body shots in an embarassing loss, after Van Horn out-hustled him in the second half. Lindell looked a damn sight sharper against Eubank, though. Like his old self again!

And yes, I give Watson two of those rounds and that is being generous. He did next to nothing in that fight, very poor performance.

Hopkins maybe was close enough to either way but Reid definitly not, even Reid himself said Joe was the better boxer on the night and deserved the win.
:huhWell, you must have watched a totally different fight to what i and millions of others did

Only gave Watson 2 rounds? You must have watched the fight with your eyes closed.

Oh, believe me, many are in complete agreement with me. When we studied the fight at the boxing gym last year, a group of boxers and trainers, we all felt Eubank won it clear as day by many rounds.
