    Barkley was a same-day middleweight. Calzaghe a day-before super-middle. They are 30lbs apart in the ring. Or Barkley is shot

    Certainly Iran is the greater fighter, two polar opposites in career trajectory - one fought everyone, fight after fight, regularly, and the other fought once a year against Tucker Podwill for 10yrs

    Calzaghe pitches a near shut out imo.

    Far too much movement, and handspeed.

    Plus I reckon he's stronger than Iran and throws at a higher volume negating his two biggest advantages.

    Barkley to my knowledge wasn’t a same day weigh in middleweight, I heard day before fight weigh ins started in 1983 after Eddie Mustafa Muhammad failed to make weight against Michael Spinks
