why so many fantasy figths with calzaghe?
because thatas the only way tough fights for joe would ever happen, bar injured Kessler and 40something bhop. that must explain why there are so many of these threads.

Calzaghe beats anyone from 175Lb on down. Too much handspeed, too much workrate, too good of an chin, too much ring IQ for anyone below heavyweight.

The real fight would be Joe Calzaghe vs Joe Louis. If Billy Conn can give Louis fits, Calzaghe may finish the job.

Calzaghe fought a total of 2 lightheavies ,one was 43 the other nearly 40, the 43 years old took him to a close dec and dropped him. The near 40 year old also dropped him.
    Maxim has wins over:

    Oma
    Murphy
    Patterson
    Tandberg
    Lesnevich
    Mills
    Bolden
    Walcott
    Sheppard
    Berman
    Walker
    Robinson
    Bivins
    Satterfield
Do you know the meaning of the word REALITY?

Would it be too difficult to admit one of them was Hopkins who was still very good at age 40? I guess so...

Maxim lost 29 times, and drew 4 times. Clazaghe lost zero times.

Let that sink in for a moment.

Anyone who watches the films or understand how to interpret data knows Maxim is a rather limited fighter in terms of offense, much slower, and easier to hit. Joeys KO% is 18.26, which is very low.

The chances of Maxim stopping Calzaghe are very slim.

Calzaghe via wide UD. Easy fight to call.

Much slower and easier too hit ?He should have been kod quite a few times then ,or at least dropped multiple times. He was kod once when caught cold in the first round by huge puncher Curtess Sheppard
Maxim's ko % means jack sh*t he was a defensive minded boxer . His light heavyweight resume is a whos who of names Calzaghe's is 2 past prime men, one all but 40 the other 43, who both dropped him.

Let this sink in for a moment:
13 of Maxim's losses were to heavyweights.
8 were to atg light heavies .

I wouldn't dream of trying to introduce you to reality it would be like introducing a chimpanzee to a computer.
Oh sorry, some ones already done that, with predictable results.

yup its sunk in that its not sunk in to you that a cowardzaghe fights weaklings so as to lose zero times. And one day, you'll realise you were cheated out of your money by him.

maxim fought all, you'd never ask for your money back on his fights.

You got Calzaghe and Mayweather confused. People want their money back when they paid for a Maywerather so-called fight.

100 punches a round, Calzaghe gives the fans their money's worth.

Have you ever seen Calzaghe fight???!!! Have you even seen a fight past 1953? Satterfield is a nobody. Some of those names are just old names.

Robinson, a natural WW, was schooling Maxim till the heat took its toll.

Calzaghe beat everybody in front of him. And that's REALITY:deal

Calzaghe would be lifted into orbit by Louis. I can't pick Calzaghe against any true great in their prime. I'd love to, because my Dad was Welsh, but I just can't.

I think undefeated records are overrated. If Robinson can be beaten, anyone can.

You can't see Calzaghe beating any Greats???? I can't see Calzaghe losing to any greats under heavyweight. Even Heavyweight greats aren't safe...do you think a small, wild Dempsey would KO Joe? Dempsey would be schooled if he ever stepped into a ring with Calzaghe.

Calzaghe isn't great because he is undefeated. Calzaghe is great because he ALWAYS finds a way to win. ADAPTABLE!!! The man simply doesn't know how to lose.:deal

Calzaghe was too busy and Maxim too static...Calzaghe wins a 15 round decision. Joe would have nothing to worry about in terms of Maxim hurting him...he'd swarm and showboat furiously along the way.
