Joe was Linear LHW champ and although Marciano was Linear Heavywt champ at 187 lbs, he would be undisputed cruiser champ today. What if they were to do a fight at 180 catxhweight? Would Calzaghes speed, stamina, activity and ring IQ overcome The Rock's power, will and activity?

Rock has never been tested against someone with the kind of power and speed that Calzaghe possessed.

    Calzaghe KTFO 0.5 Rock.

Well, clearly, as I posted, Rock has the power edge, but Joe would have a clear speed, mobility and possibly ring IQ over Rock

It would probably be tough for Marciano to make 180 I believe...

Heaviest was 192, so no, he could make 180 easy.

I thin Marciano was a monster and I can't imagine many beating him at LHW and CW. Maybe pure boxers like Hopkins, Dawson and Ward with a very good performance but I'm not sure I would favour him against pretty much everyone and I expect him to sooner or later catch Calzaghe and I'm not sure if he would survive Marciano's power especially since he has more than enough stamina to go 12 rounds at 100%

You do know Marciano trained down to his lowest possible weight so he'd have more stamina, right? There is very little chance Rocky can get down to 180 without depleting himself if this is same day weigh in which was the norm when he fought. Now if its under today's rules, why even bother having a having a catchweight? Marciano is just going to rehydrate to well over the catchweight. In that scenario Marciano batters him mercilessly and stops him in 6.

The same Joe dropped by old man Hopkins and all the rest?
Marciano KO'd guys as big as as 250-260 while himself being only about 185 right?
