Joe is a lot bigger than Canelo.

Joe's workrate is a lot better than Canelo. Very tough fight for Canelo. Calzaghe UD

    ^That^.
Canelo Vs. Calzaghe would be a Canelo Vs. Bivol 168lbs fight.

Calzaghe by narrow SD/MD (wouldn't even rule out a draw) on the scorecards, but in reality he wins 10 or 11 rds.

It would be a repeat of the Lacy fight. Clenelo is better than Lacy, but Joe is all kinds of wrong for a shorter, muscular / stocky fighter who has to be economical with his punches due to questionable stamina

This fight could not possibly be made PERIOD!! Joe Calzaghe would never travel to Las Vegas USA & Canelo would never leave his adopted home base in Las Vegas. BOTH have had needed "help" in their careers from home town Officials & Commissions It would be another Calzaghe - Darius M none happening

The only fight you can remotely make a case for Calzaghe loosing was Reid.

B Hop really beat him. Joe's trouble was he could not throw a legal punch he slapped. Which legally is a foul blow. it used to be called Hitting with the inside of the glove. OK I know he supposedly had brittle hands, like Floyd. Floyd got away with using Xylocaine shots for ages, then they made it legal. Calzaghe , Jones jr , Floyd
& Ward fought the majority of their fights at home because they claimed they were robbed abroad. Roy Jones jr made his career out of that blatant robbery in the Olympics. How many pro fights at home did Pac have ?? Or GGG for that matter both got blatantly robbed in Vegas as we all know

An extremely mobile, lanky quick fisted volume puncher with a good chin and who's extremely durable vs. an excellent combination puncher with a stone chin but someone who really needs to plant to land his best shots?

Calzaghe because Canelo ain't gonna get the chance to plant and he's gonna get drowned and clipped and clipped and clipped. Won't get stopped but he's gonna get tagged alot
